Thank you! ________________________________ PeopleSoft Hardware Infrastructure to be Replaced this Week PeopleSoft Will Be Unavailable April 8-10 All PeopleSoft/UTShare activity will cease beginning 10:00 p.m. Friday, April 7 During the three-day transition, PeopleSoft will not be available to users. The outage will impact all faculty, staff and student workers. This includes the ability to purchase goods and services, authorize travel, and make HR changes. Employees won’t have access to paystubs, W2, vacation/sick leave information, and more. PeopleSoft service returns What’s Happening? UT Shared Information Services (UT SIS) will replace the current hardware infrastructure with new state of the art equipment to support the UTShare/PeopleSoft systems. The migration to this new infrastructure affects all PeopleSoft environments being used on our campuses. The new design will ensure redundancy between two sites (Austin and Arlington) for greater performance and reliability and the elimination of down time for users. The existing Shared.utsystem.edu domain name will be changed to utshare.utsystem.edu.
