Hi Barbara, Make sure to select "Fall 2020" in the course term. I was having the same issue until I realized that it pre-populated with Fall 2021, which I had no courses listed. I have spent many, many hours on the phone with BB support/Academic Innovations. No one was able to help me. I just tried this suggestion, to submit grades manually via ASAP. I can follow the instructions but no matter how many ways I type in my course number, it says it doesn’t recognize that course. My grades are still not submitted. Just want you to know that I tried my best. Don’t know what else to do.
