This Sunday, March 12 marks the beginning of Daylight Saving Time. At 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, clocks will be set forward one hour. Employees whose work schedules fall within the time change will lose one (1) work hour. Supervisors and employees should work together to determine how to best accommodate this time change so employees are credited for working a full 40 hour workweek, to include flexing work schedules, allowing employees to make up the time, or using available leave time within the same workweek. The improvements will run along Frio Street from Cesar Chavez to Houston streets near the University of Texas at San Antonio Downtown Campus.
