The purpose of our study is to understand the goals of admission policies and how stakeholders in the system are affected. We are particularly interested in: * Senior students’ experiences with graduate admissions, particularly how they decide where to apply, their understanding of how admissions decisions are made, and their feelings about holistic admissions processes.  * Advisors and faculty members’ experiences in working with students who are applying to graduate school.
