The National Park Service hosted students from the New Frontiers Charter School on January 29 and, for the first time, began using research materials from the CCS project “Education Curriculum for the San Juan Spanish Colonial Demonstration Farm” as basis for the tour and lesson. From the colleges, the Student Government Association will recognize an outstanding undergraduate and graduate student. Finalists and winners will be announced at the University Life Awards Banquet on Thursday, April 2th. In order to be eligible for the award, a student must be an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in the COEHD and currently enrolled at UTSA.
