Please follow the below steps: To attach the spam email to send to OIT 1. Create NEW Email to OITConnect@utsa.edu<mailto:OITConnect@utsa.edu> or reply to this email 2. Place [SR148819] in the subject of the email, including the square brackets 3. Select the INSERT (tab). 4. Select OUTLOOK ITEM from the toolbar. 5. Browse to the message you are inquiring about, and SELECT it to attach it. If you need any assistance attaching the message, please call x5555 during operating hours of 8am to 6pm. Thank you.
