Frio Street, near the UTSA Downtown Campus, from Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. until Monday, May 7, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. Paving operations on S. Frio St. will occur from south of W. Cesar E. Chavez Blvd. to north of W. Houston St. The closure is part of the city’s ongoing project to improve vehicle and pedestrian routes in the area.
