Thanks. Your faculty will be expected to attend only one of the Convocation ceremonies and the luncheon between the two ceremonies. You will be a member of the stage party for both of the Convocation ceremonies. We ask you and your faculty (in academic regalia) to march in the Convocation ceremony and to be table hosts at the luncheon to welcome the new students. The individual colleges will communicate with their faculty concerning their Intended Major Exploration sessions. I have asked that the faculty members complete the online response request to indicate their participation in the August 25 events.
