Dr. Michael Mills and Dr. Donna Wake are co-editing a book titled. Empowering Learners with Mobile Open-Access Learning Initiatives We are seeking chapter ideas/proposals that fit our theme. Contributors are welcome to submit chapters on the following topics relating to empowerment through mobile technology: social media, open educational resources, LGBTQ issues, disability services, accessibility, universal design for learning, social justice, social transformation, critical pedagogy, critical literacy, evolving technologies geared toward empowerment and engagement, infrastructural and logistical issues regarding mobile technology, and other topics related to opening access to all learners.
