Hello COEHD Faculty and Staff, On Monday, September 1, UTSA and The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio will officially merge to become UT San Antonio. In preparation for this historic event, I wanted to share some helpful resources. The integration website is https://utsanantoniotogether.org. This is a great hub that features details about the integration, task force updates, news, FAQs, employee resources and the opportunity to provide feedback. The Employee Resources<https://utsanantoniotogether.org/resources/employee-resource... repository will provide you with with access to items including brand and editorial guidelines and toolkits, foundational messaging, quick start guides and more. The Brand Toolkit specifically will give you access to logos, email signature templates, presentation templates, virtual backgrounds and more. To access these resources, you will login using your UTSA credentials. For the time being only the regental logo is available, in the months to come official college, department, and sub-brand logos will be made available. Swag guidelines are available in the Employee Resource Files that provide information on ordering, logo guidelines, vendors and purchasing, and a review and approval process.
