To date, UTSA has sent 14 students on the TaLK/EPIK Programs and many of them are still teaching in Korea. UTSA and the Korean government signed a TaLK MOU in 2012. In addition, TaLK Scholars receive a monthly stipend of $1,400 and the EPIK Fellows receive a monthly stipend of $1,700-$2,600 depending on the experience.
