The scholarship grants provide tuition assistance to undergraduate, post graduate, and doctoral students obtaining education in an academic area which prepares students to work in health and health related occupations. The Ximenes Ave. entrance has been reconfigured to one inbound lane and two outbound lanes (right turn only and left turn only). The Brackenridge Ave. Lot 5 entrance will be moved to the east of its previous location and contains one entrance lane, two exit lanes (right turn only and left turn only), and bike lanes. Some 3,600 Ector County Independent School District employees attended sessions Tuesday and Thursday. Sessions on Thursday were in the Bonham Middle School auditorium. The greenbelt east of the BSE and adjacent to the ART, service drive entrance at the ART and portions of Bauerle Road Lot 1, Ford Avenue Lot and Ximenes Avenue Lot remain closed. Beginning August 21, 2017 access to Paseo del Sur via south of campus, nineteen additional parking spaces in the Bauerle Road Lot 1 and twelve additional parking spaces in the Ford Avenue Lot will be available. Pedestrian signage including directional, detour and alternate ADA route, to and from the plaza level via the ART elevators, have been installed throughout the construction site. Colleagues, Some of our students may be interested in this free online course offering about Black Boys and Men in Education by J. Luke Wood, a leading scholar in higher education. The course is offered to doctoral students in San Diego State University and Dr. Wood is making the first hour free to students online.
