Spectrum magazine now available
[cid:image001.png@01D3CD82.F3292980]In order to reduce costs and provide readers with more engaging content, this year’s Spectrum magazine, COEHD’s annual report and year-in-review, will be primarily an electronic publication, and can be viewed at education.utsa.edu/spectrum<http://education.utsa.edu/spectrum>. The online version contains links to more information, graphics, video, and other interactive features not previously available.
The printed version of the magazine is in final production and will be mailed to key stakeholders on Friday, April 6, 2018. Copies for faculty and staff will be sent through normal distribution channels.

As you may know, UTSA is hosting a week-long series of events (April 2-7 http://provost.utsa.edu/first-gen/ ) to promote and deepen our knowledge of first-gen students.
UTSA's current undergraduate population is comprised of 46% first-gen* college students (*neither parent/guardian has completed a 4-year degree).
On Friday, April 6, in the Denman Room (Student Union 2.01.28), there will be a free, one-day institute for UTSA faculty and staff, focused on our first-gen student population to dialogue and deepen our understanding of both the strengths and challenges first-gens face.

Please join UTSA's Autism Research Center for Any Baby Can's 14th Annual Walk for Autism & Superhero 5K. This is an official fiesta event! Stop by the basement of the Durango Building throughout the month of April (National Autism Awareness Month) to pick up your free Autism Research Center t-shirt, and make sure to wear it to the Walk on the 21st.
