Documents for Dean/Vice Provost signature

Hi Everyone,
Our office is working on streamlining our signature processes as we are preparing to work remotely.
In preparation for this we will no longer be accepting paper forms i.e. Business Expense Forms, Contracts, Memos, student travel etc.
All forms must be signed by the department head or director.
Departments will then scan documents and emailed them to ricardo.gonzalez2(a)utsa.edu<mailto:ricardo.gonzalez2@utsa.edu> and laura.earleywine(a)utsa.edu<mailto:laura.earleywine@utsa.edu>
We are currently working with our Business Service Center, Provost Office, and other to streamline this electronic process as well.
