Dear COEHD Faculty, Below is information on nominations for the 2018 President's Distinguished Achievement Awards and the 2018 Richard S. Howe Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Award. 2018 President's Distinguished Achievement Awards Below is the link to information on the 2018 President's Distinguished Achievement Awards. There are seven award categories: * Advancing Globalization * Community Engagement: A second Community Engagement award has been added to recognize non-tenure-track faculty. * Core Curriculum * Performance, Creative Production, or Other Scholarly Achievement * Research Achievement: For 2018, the Research Achievement award has been expanded to include subcategories for STEM-related research and that in other disciplines. * Teaching Excellence * University Service http://utsa.edu/facultyawards/awards/pres.html Specific, relevant information, including each award's expressed purpose, materials to be submitted for each nominee's portfolio, and a list of former award recipients are available online. In addition to the appropriate nomination materials, each nomination packet must include a completed nomination form. The nomination form is attached.
