Dear Colleagues,
At the bottom of this email is a list of individuals in the RSC and Post-Award Support Office with their contact information. The WuFoo link is also provided for you, so when you are ready to move forward with a proposal, you can announce your intentions and receive support that way.
As I shared two weeks ago, in an effort to more evenly distribute workload across the Main Campus (HEBA) RSC and Downtown (DT) RSCs, the Administration is instructing the three downtown COEHD Departments (COU, EDP, and ELPS) as well as Centers and Institutes (including CAPRI and Urban Ed. Institute) to use the DT RSC for proposal development. This change will start October 15th.
Also notice, all post-award support services are now provided under the direction of Stacy Williams in a new office designated only to post-award support. See the bottom of this email for a list of staff in each RSC and post-award office. Please direct post-award questions to someone in Post-Award Support Offices (like Justin, Amanda, Alicia, or Kathy) and not to Jesse, who just does pre-award for the ABE/Main Campus RSC. (Everyone loves Raymond Jesse, I know, but we must redistribute the workload appropriately going forward.)
To request proposal support, submit your WuFoo by selecting the RSC assigned to your Department or C&I, as shown in the graphic below.
